Jump Desktop 7.0 Beta for Windows
Welcome to Jump Desktop 7.0 Beta for Windows. This release is a complete re-write of the original Jump Desktop PC Viewer. Although it's missing a few features right now, we do plan on catching up and surpassing the original very soon.
How to get started
Important Note: The current release only supports Fluid Remote Desktop connections to Windows computers. It does not support RDP or VNC connections or connections to Macs. To get started with the current release you must enable Fluid Remote Desktop on the remote computer. Do this on the remote computer:
- Download and install Jump Desktop Connect.
- Open up the Jump Desktop Connect app and then click the gear icon on the top right.
- Click Advanced and make sure the Fluid Remote Desktop option is checked (if you don't see the Fluid Remote Desktop option then you're probably on a Mac - we're working on adding support for Fluid Remote Desktop for Macs and will announce something really soon).
Once the remote computer is setup, open up Jump Desktop on your local computer and then click File -> Sign In and sign in with your Google or Jump Desktop account. Once you've signed in, you should see all computers that have Fluid Remote Desktop enabled. Click to connect!
