Teams are billed based on the number of remote access users on your team. There will be a single bill generated for your team at the start of your billing cycle. You can choose between monthly or yearly billing.
Your Teams purchase already includes Mac and Windows client licenses for all team members. iOS currently requires a separate purchase through the respective app stores.
Team members should download the trial version of Jump Desktop for Mac and Windows and sign into their team account. Once signed in, a license will automatically be assigned and the trial version will unlock.
Yes, you can add and remove users anytime. We'll bill your team when a user is added to the team. We'll credit your account when a user is removed from your team.
We'll adjust your bill on a pro-rata basis. For example if you add a user half way through your billing cycle, the team will only be charged 50% of the plan's price. If you remove a user half way through the billing cycle, we'll credit your account for 50% of the plan's price.
We bill your team whenever you add or remove a user from your team. You may see one charge per user as you add new users mid-billing cycle. Once your billing cycle renews, you'll see only one charge for your entire team.
Yes, you can upgrade anytime. When you upgrade, your team will be charged the difference between plans on a pro-rata basis.
